Life Testimony: How I became an Xbox repairer

From a poor Xbox player to a rich Xbox repairer. After wasting a lot of money in fixing my xbox 360 each time it has a fault, i realise that there is no need to give this money to Microsoft engineers who would not want you to know the secret of fixing the Xbox.
In my search for a parmanent solution, I met an old school friend who introduced the Xbox game repair guide. I purchased it! Read it over and over again. I put the lesson I got from the guide into practice using a damaged xbox. WoW! That is how I became an Xbox repairer! Alas! same time, same day and same period, I became an expert repairer of Xbox. My expertise brought people in my neigbourhood to seek my assistance is helping them fix their faulty Xbox.
One greatest challenge that faced me was to make a choice of either continuing with my normal gas attendant work or quiting and giving into Xbox repairs fully.
I took a bold step and became the Xbox repairer that i am today.

As an Xbox repairer who has made over five figures in the last few months, and who has put to test this profession of Xbox repair. I have decided to introduce you into repairing your own Xbox or taking it as a full time job. Repairing xbox is all about getting adequate information about how it is done. Out of 100% I have introduced this guide to, 75% have taken it as full time job.It is nolonger news that Xbox repair guide has created employment for low income earners and the unemployment populace of the USA, Canada and UK.
I am putting up a club of Xbox repairers club where experts will be meeting to discuss xbox issues.

Xbox 360 most popular online console - NPD

The NPD Group has issued its report, Online Gaming 2009, revealing that the Xbox 360 is the most widely used console online.

According to the study, Microsoft's console accounts for 50 per cent of the online home console market and is followed by the Nintendo Wii at 29 per cent, up from 18 per cent the previous year.

"This is a testament to the strength of Xbox 360, both overall, and particularly in the online gaming sphere," commented NPD.

The report showed the PlayStation 2 fall "dramatically" while the PlayStation 3 climbed from fifth to third place. While online gaming for home consoles and portable devices climbed from 19 per cent in 2008 to 25 per cent in 2009, online PC gaming saw a slight decline but remains the most widespread platform.

"Online gaming is enjoyed by a diverse group of players," said Anita Frazier, industry analyst for NPD. "The sheer variety of content and ease of access makes online gaming attractive to a much larger demographic than what we typically see in retail."

The report further revealed that online gamers aged between 13-17 years-old increased from to 22 percent in 2009, while those between 18-34 years-old, as well as those 35-54, decreased slightly.

How Xbox 360 Works

Microsoft's first video game console, the Xbox, has sold more than 20 million units worldwide since its introduction in 2001. Despite the Xbox's impressive power, the list of big-name video game titles to support it and the success of the Xbox's online component, Xbox LIVE, Sony's PlayStation 2 still outsold it.

As the game industry moved into the next generation of video game technology, Microsoft was determined to dethrone Sony's PlayStation. Enter the Xbox 360.

Microsoft rebuilt the Xbox from the ground up. From the name to the look to hardware and features, the Xbox 360 is a radically different and more powerful machine than its predecessor. Far more than a video game console, the Xbox 360 is a total media center that allows users to play, network, rip, stream and download all types of media, including high-definition movies, music, digital pictures and game content.

In this article, we will learn about the hardware and features that make the Xbox 360 a leap forward into the next generation of gaming consoles.

Compare Consoles

The Xbox 360, like all video game consoles, is just a computer with hardware and software dedicated to the function of running video game software. The original Xbox was essentially a Windows PC with a modified Pentium III processor, some relatively powerful graphics and audio hardware and a modified version of the Microsoft operating system Windows 2000, all packaged in that distinctive black box. The Xbox 360 is also a specially packaged computer, but once you look inside, you realize that this console has quite a bit under the hood:

  • Custom IBM Power PC-based CPU with three 3.2 GHz cores
  • Custom ATI graphics processor with 10 MB embedded DRAM
  • 512 MB 700 MHz GDDR3 RAM
  • Detachable and upgradeable hard drive -- all models except the Core system
  • 12x dual-layer DVD-ROM
  • Support for up to four wireless game controllers
  • Three USB 2.0 ports
  • Two memory unit slots Souce:http://electronics.howstuffworks.com/xbox-three-sixty.htm
