My expertise brought people in my neigbourhood to seek my assistance is helping them fix their faulty Xbox.
One greatest challenge that faced me was to make a choice of either continuing with my normal gas attendant work or quiting and giving into Xbox repairs fully.
I took a bold step and became the Xbox repairer that i am today.

I have decided to introduce you into repairing your own Xbox or taking it as a full time job. Repairing xbox is all about getting adequate information about how it is done. Out of 100% I have introduced this guide to, 75% have taken it as full time job.It is nolonger news that Xbox repair guide has created employment for low income earners and the unemployment populace of the USA, Canada and UK.

Xbox 360 most popular online console - NPD
According to the study, Microsoft's console accounts for 50 per cent of the online home console market and is followed by the Nintendo Wii at 29 per cent, up from 18 per cent the previous year.
"This is a testament to the strength of Xbox 360, both overall, and particularly in the online gaming sphere," commented NPD.
The report showed the PlayStation 2 fall "dramatically" while the PlayStation 3 climbed from fifth to third place. While online gaming for home consoles and portable devices climbed from 19 per cent in 2008 to 25 per cent in 2009, online PC gaming saw a slight decline but remains the most widespread platform.
"Online gaming is enjoyed by a diverse group of players," said Anita Frazier, industry analyst for NPD. "The sheer variety of content and ease of access makes online gaming attractive to a much larger demographic than what we typically see in retail."
The report further revealed that online gamers aged between 13-17 years-old increased from to 22 percent in 2009, while those between 18-34 years-old, as well as those 35-54, decreased slightly.

How Xbox 360 Works
Microsoft's first video game console, the Xbox, has sold more than 20 million units worldwide since its introduction in 2001. Despite the Xbox's impressive power, the list of big-name video game titles to support it and the success of the Xbox's online component, Xbox LIVE, Sony's PlayStation 2 still outsold it.
As the game industry moved into the next generation of video game technology, Microsoft was determined to dethrone Sony's PlayStation. Enter the Xbox 360.
|
Microsoft rebuilt the Xbox from the ground up. From the name to the look to hardware and features, the Xbox 360 is a radically different and more powerful machine than its predecessor. Far more than a video game console, the Xbox 360 is a total media center that allows users to play, network, rip, stream and download all types of media, including high-definition movies, music, digital pictures and game content.
In this article, we will learn about the hardware and features that make the Xbox 360 a leap forward into the next generation of gaming consoles.
Compare Consoles |
The Xbox 360, like all video game consoles, is just a computer with hardware and software dedicated to the function of running video game software. The original Xbox was essentially a Windows PC with a modified Pentium III processor, some relatively powerful graphics and audio hardware and a modified version of the Microsoft operating system Windows 2000, all packaged in that distinctive black box. The Xbox 360 is also a specially packaged computer, but once you look inside, you realize that this console has quite a bit under the hood:
- Custom IBM Power PC-based CPU with three 3.2 GHz cores
- Custom ATI graphics processor with 10 MB embedded DRAM
- 512 MB 700 MHz GDDR3 RAM
- Detachable and upgradeable hard drive -- all models except the Core system
- 12x dual-layer DVD-ROM
- Support for up to four wireless game controllers
- Three USB 2.0 ports
- Two memory unit slots Souce:http://electronics.howstuffworks.com/xbox-three-sixty.htm

Game Cheats: Are They 'Good' to Use?
Game cheats. We've all used them. With computer and console games becoming faster and more advanced, the need for game cheats are becoming more and more important to complete these games. Often we don't have enough time between work and social functions to dedicate enough time to finish an entire game, so game cheats are the way to go.
Whether it be Sony Playstation, Nintendo GameCube, Microsoft XBox, XBox 360, or computer games, game programmers often allow the player to either enter codes to unlock special weapons, secret levels, grant invulnerability or other ways to boost a characters' growth, or game cheats can be a way of interacting with the game environment to help overcome what seem to be insurmountable situations.
Some gamers consider it bad form to use game cheats. In fact, there are purist gamers who feel that the total experience of gaming is lost once you use cheat codes or game cheats.
"You can't be a Zulu Game Wizard using game cheats. Game cheats are for people who are too weak and give up too easily in the difficult parts of the games," says longtime gamer Jasper Hom.
Others disagree and argue that they can't appropriate enough time to gaming to make it past the hard parts of the games. Another problem gamers who use game cheats face is that by the time they are able to dedicate enough time to the game, a new game that they would rather play is already out on store shelves.
Whether you use game cheats or not, they are undoubtably a great way for amateur gamers to more enjoy and possibly finish some of today's difficult and challenging games. The game cheats dilemma will always be an ongoing battle between those in the gaming community.

Review - Burnout Revenge For Xbox 360 by Boris DeVries
The rough thing about most racing games is the fact that the achievements are geared to a lot of game play. The higher ones tend to be achievable only after you've really mastered the game. That is certainly the case with Burnout Revenge. It may even be tougher than most when you consider you have to perfect all of the events at each level. This could take quite a few real time hours. This can be a good or bad thing depending on what you're looking for. If you are looking for easy achievements you will not find them in this game.
Overall if you played Burnout Revenge on the Xbox first I would not recommend you spend the money to get this title on the Xbox 360 because they are so similar. However if you are a fan or never played the Xbox version it is definitely worth the money. Its difficult achievement structure and lack of originality lowers its overall rating to 6 out of 10.

Causes of Xbox e74 problem and steps you can take to fix it
The problem is caused by a problem with the scaler (ANA or HANA) chips located next to the graphics processor inside your Xbox 360. It is believed that the error with the scaler video chip that causes the e74 error on your Xbox 360 is caused by overheating. Same causes other errors such as the no video problem, as well as red lights in the power ring of an Xbox console.
Steps you need to take:
1. Go to your Xbox 360 console and then remove the AV cable. Blow any dust out of it, then re-insert it snugly back into the console until a clicking is heard. Switch on your console again and see if the problem has been fixed.
2. Borrow another AV cable and using this one in your Xbox 360. See if it works for you.
3.If after the replacement and still did not work, then you will have to repair the scaler chip and graphics processor inside your Xbox in order to fix the e74 problem. You will need an Xbox 360 repair guide, which will contain the video instruction files you need to to fix your console properly. You cannot fix the e74 yourself without this.
Most Xbox repair guides focus on fixing the "red ring of death". However, the process for repairing the e74 will also be covered in the same guide as well, as it is similar to "red ring of death".

How To Remove A Stuck Game From Xbox 360
If it did not work turn the power off and unplug it. Remove the face plate on you Xbox console. You will need a thick paper clip or something similar. Then, straighten one end of it out. With the face plate removed you will see two small holes right underneath the DVD player and one hole at the right side.
For the fact that Xbox uses 3 different DVD drives the procedure will vary. If you have a Samsung or Toshiba drive use the small hole on the right. It Should be right underneath the X on the DVD drive faceplate. Push your straightened paper clip in the hole until you feel it hit the gear. The gear needs to be spun from left to right. Poke around until you find it then push in gently until you feel it move. You will see the tray start to move out.
For those that are using Hitatchi DVD drives go for the first hole on the left. Beng DVD drives will use the middle hole. This requires the most pressure to get the gear to turn. You will see the tray start to move.
Be very careful! Do not push too hard in case you are missing the correct spot. Once the tray starts to eject you can pull on it slightly to help it open. You should now be able to remove your Game. Then you are DONE!
Do you know why your game get stuck in the first place? It Could result from different reasons. You may have to replace your DVD drive if you are having loading problems. Click Here get the complete guide.

9 . 13/64 Drill Bit (some people prefer to screw the heat sink to the chassis, but not needed)

12. T8 Screwdriver
13. Scotch Tap / Masking Tape

Qty - 16 Flat Washer Steel / ZINC Plated 5mm (DR# - 606) UPC - 030699 363087
Alright, the Scotch tap is there to help you when your putting the screws back though the heatsink, so you can get the nuts on the backside of them, without doing it one at a time.
You can get the thermal paste at any computer store and you obviously know where to get the rest of the stuff.
As far as the drilling goes, your don't necessarily need to drill wholes, but some people prefer it, to tighten the heatsink up that much more by connecting it to the actual shell of the console.
So that's it, like I said, if I'm missing anything, let me know, if you have any question please leave a comment.
Also, keep in mind, that it's strongly recommended you don't try the Xclamp fix by yourself, you should really get the Xbox 360 Red Light Fix guide to walk you through everything, plus they have an awesome troubleshooting section that lets you pin point the exact problem and what you need to do to fix it, sometimes you don't even need to take your console apart and I should also let you know that, the X clamp fix is only one alternative out of many options.
